Just wanted to give a shoutout to Vetus/Maxwell, and Will Vroomen in particular, for outstanding customer support. I have an older VW 1200 windlass on my boat that has some issues, and Will has gone out of his way to be helpful, providing great technical info and documentation. Just an example - I sent him an email on Sunday afternoon, not expecting an answer until Monday, but shortly thereafter he replied, answering my questions, not just once but twice

Will, if you read this, thank you! You are a credit to your employer, and to the boating industry!

There was another fella on this forum, John Mardall? who worked for Vetus and was *exceptionally* helpful with my exhaust system redesign.

Sounds like they know how to hire good people!
