Just wanted to give a shoutout to Vetus/Maxwell, and Will Vroomen in particular, for outstanding customer support. I have an older VW 1200
windlass on my
boat that has some issues, and Will has gone out of his way to be helpful, providing great technical info and
documentation. Just an example - I sent him an
email on Sunday afternoon, not expecting an answer until Monday, but shortly thereafter he replied, answering my questions, not just once but twice
