Sometimes, but sometimes when I read something that I HAVE to respond to, and fire off a response without reading the whole thread first...

I Read the whole thread before posting a reply, but as the threads I look at are from the weekly newsletter, by the time I've got to the end no one is interested any more. A lot of the time I won't post as someone else, (often the Cates) has already made the point.
