insurance options

I am lucky to have options but lack experience. I posted something in general but think this may be a more appropriate location.

I can get Liability insurance.
I MAY be able to get value insurance but would have to pay for an inspection (205 euros).

The value insurance may be 700-900/mo IF they agree.

The boat is a 39 year old vancouver 27 with a market value of about 30,000.

On a strictly financial basis. Just take the liability or try for replacement?
