Radio station license

I am struggling to figure out how to electronically file an application for a new fcc radio station license. I get for 605 but how is it submitted electronically. Thanks for any tips

First you need to get an FRN number.
https://www.fcc.gov/wireless/support...c-registration

Then, from the main FCC page, click "Licensing and Databases" at the top, then forms, then find the form and click "Electronic filing."
