Not entirely true. The Mark 3 is a little bigger and heavier, although not much, about 2.5lbs more. However, when you add the battery to the weight that adds quite a bit more and it's certain the Mark 3 battery is bigger. It puts out more than twice the cooling power, however, power consumption is significantly higher.
