SWFL Marco Inlet Shoaling
This was on our SWFL news, happened two days ago, and the 85' boat is apparently still there.

A bunch of Florida is just sand bars, and sand bars move. There were three lighthouses, in succession, built on Dog Island. The foundation of the last one is now 250 yards offshore.
