downloaded NOAA charts unzipped as txt?
I am trying android ocpn on Galaxy S7. for my first charts I downloaded zip files from NOAA ENC site and unzipped with RAR app, then added directory to ocpn and clicked on rebuild database and apply, and nothing happened other than the check mark disappeared form the rebuild option. I looked for the charts where they should have been, Hawaii, etc and nothing was there. when I went back to my directory it showed all the folders as txt files. what did I do wrong? Don
