Yes, sure.
If they are still too big I can create an upload account for you... - just send me a mail.

Re: AvNav - navigation in the browser

I just created a new daily build:
https://www.wellenvogel.de/software/...30716/?lang=en

This should hopefully fix the issue - would be great to get some feedback on it.

Re: AvNav - navigation in the browser

New plugin version solved the chart problem, thanks.

However, I updated to SignalK version 2.0.0, which uses node version 18.

This seems to bring up some connection problems in AvNav on port 28628 ??

Change setting of "fromAvnav" connection in SK from "localhost" to "127.0.0.1"

Re: AvNav - navigation in the browser

I have been searching a way to change the "WindDisplay"-widget.

More accurately I would very much like to change the TWS unit from knots to m/s.
The TWD unit is in degrees which is fine.

I can start the layout editor and have found the "Select Widget"-screen, but there is no line to change the unit.

Is the TWS unit in the WindDisplay-widget fixed as knots ??

Re: AvNav - navigation in the browser

There is a setting at Settings/Navigation "wind knots".
This will change the unit to m/s if unchecked in the wind widgets.

Re: AvNav - navigation in the browser

Hi

I have issues reading some Mbtiles in Avnav (the red contour is there but nothing inside), I can view them on open CPN but not in Avnav. Some I found on the internet are working fine, the ones I created with SASplanet show only in open CPN, not in Avnav.
Im using a RP4 and openplotter.
Thanks, Nico.

Re: AvNav - navigation in the browser

How exactly did you generate MBTiles? Zooms?

Could you provide your generated MBTiles?

Re: AvNav - navigation in the browser

I generated them with sat2chart, it's actually working now, I only needed to zoom in quit deep to get the image to appear..
So now when I download a new Mbtiles it shows in red. I have to switch the scheme to xyz and back to tms in order to use that chart. Is this normal?

Re: AvNav - navigation in the browser

no. it doesn't. According to MBTiles spec it's always TMS schema. You don't need to switch to xyz and back

It's always helpfully to build MBTiles with few Zooms:
1. Overview ( Zoom 10-11)
2. General ( 12-13)

3 Approaching ( 14-15)
4. Harbor/Berth (16-17)

Re: AvNav - navigation in the browser

Hello,

I have stumbled on a curious phenomenon:

My server machine OP3/RPi4/4Mega does not show the "edit pen"-buttons in the "Server Status"-page anymore (Av server status.png). Therefore I cannot edit the settings via my server machine.

However my 2 satellite devices (Samsung tablet and Huawei smart phone) show the "edit pen"-buttons and I can also edit the settings via the satellites.

I have tried to disconnect the satellites and powered off and on the RPi-server but without any success, the "edit-pen"-buttons stay hidden.

Any help ??

wbr.
