Zodiac C310 Problem

Over 5yrs old & now has transom to be replaced but there is more!! The polyester hull has multiple hair line cracks some running under the glue lines.(on both the top & under sides)

When I opened one up I found the construction a bit surprising & the construction seems to be polyester over glass that is lacking any resin. The whole structure seems to be able to flex far more than expected. Checked a new one & it is much stiffer. Contacted the head office but they advise there is no changes to how the molding is produced.

Has anyone had any experiences with this issue?

Regards Bill

I don't want to waist time trying to fix the transom if the hull is
