Where to order sheaves online?

The sheaves on the aft end of my bom are in bad shape. They are either 2.25" or 60mm (can't say for sure as they are crumbling) with a 10mm center hole. In another thread someone mentioned a website specialized in sheaves but I can't seem to find it now. Does anybody know where I could order sheaves like those?

I ran into the same problem with the boom on my Endeavour 32. What I ended up doing was buying a double block from West Marine and essentially taking it apart for the sheaves.

It ended up being cheaper to do that than buying them outright.

Third recommendation for Zephyrwerks. Send Ed your specs - he sends you an invoice with a PayPal link - you pay and get your sheaves in a few days. They're very nice sheaves - better quality and less expensive than other commercial manufacturers.

Don Green in Deltaville, Virginia is an excellent resource. He will custom make what you need but it is best if you can give him accurate dimensions as he likes to make a CAD drawing to be approved and then he will make your parts and can ship them. He's also very fast and a really nice guy!

Grainger carries a variety of ronstan sheaves. Rigrite may have the exact replacement sheave. I have had good experiences with both, and prompt shipping.

Yeah they have online ordering finally, you used to have to email them.

There is a link to a PDF file half way down the page, in bold. It makes selecting much easier. When you call them on the phone REAL PEOPLE answer and are very helpful.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I've found plenty of 57mm/10mm sheaves but most were too wide. Thankfully, on premiumropes.com they had them in 13mm width so I ordered there
