Pearson 35 Yawl

Does anyone have any experience with a Pearson 35 Yawl?

My boat was originally set up as yawl, but a previous owner removed the mizzen mast. The mainsail boom on the yawl is six inches shorter than that on the sloop, but that is the only difference.

I am now considering putting the mizzen back on the boat. Perhaps foolish, but the main reason that I am considering this is that I love the classic look of a yawl. I think it would also be an advantage to have the flexibility to sail on mizzen and jib in stronger winds.

Any thoughts, or guidance on how to tackle this project would be greatly appreciated.
