European equivalent of Silpruf?

I am looking to rebed some chainplates. In the US, I always used Silpruf to fill the cavity- as recommended by the manufacturer. I am happy to use Butyl tape for the cover, but seems impractical to try to fill the cavity for the chainplate with it. I do not see a source for the Silpruf here in Europe. Does anyone know what the European equivalent of Silpruf is?
