Rust inside stainless steel water tank

How can I get rid of rust inside my stainless steel water tank? The tank is about 10 years old, does not leak and has no noticeable rust on the outside. Any magic tricks to fix this will be welcomed.

You mean as in light surface rust? If so , I don't think you can, but be interested to see the replies myself. It might be Martensitic steel, will a magnet stick to it at all?

You can flush it with acid based rust remover.
