Jabsco flush control lever

I have a Jabsco manual head and the flush control lever does not stay in place when I push it to the right for the dry flush option. It won't stay in place unless I keep pushing on it. Does anyone know what would be causing this?

Easy to open up (6 screws) to take a look. Might be time for new flapper etc (or whole new pump head assembly, which gives all new parts for not that much extra cost). Again easy to install.
