Volvo Sail Drive Clamp Ring

Hi, renewing this thread.. anyone find a source for the Volvo S-120 saildrive clamping ring? I can see it in Europe for around $400EU, seems to be made of unobtanium. I am hoping there is another source. I haven't taken mine off yet, but complete replacement would be optimal.

I ended up buying one new off eBay and refurbishing my other one by sand blasting, epoxy primer and filler to level out the corrosion pits and restore a clean sealing surface and finally paint with epoxy paint. It has lasted perfectly so far.

Good idea! I found a used one on ebay, hopefully in decent shape. I will save the old one, refinish it, hold it for 10 years and maybe it will fund my retirement.
