Hi everybody
Need help to figure out my problem with transmission.
The mounting flange from my 4jh4e YANMAR transmission km35p cracked 3 times. Here is a time log in what it’s been done
Changed engine mountings, which were bad, prop shaft alignment was done, felt no vibration , after probably 15 hour on engine oil start to leak again.
I’m I’m in Grenada right now.
Took transmission to Miami to be checked, one bearing was broken according to mechanic. Back in Grenada put transmission together, after 10 hours with engine oil leak showed up..
Any ideas will be much appreciated.

Hi Vitorsouto, I realise I’m a couple of months late to your thread, did you manage to resolve the series of failures with your Yanmar engine and gearbox. I’m looking at a similar problem with a 4JH and the same gearbox, did you have a damper plate replaced before this chain of events?
