Validity of ICC without UK/EU address

I am a South Korean living in the UK
Recently I got my RYA day skipper and applied ICC

The problem is, I will go back to Korea next year.

Is my ICC still valid if I move back to Korea?
and can I renew my ICC after 5 years?
