I am looking for interested in building two solar boat projects

I'm from Argentina and I'm trying to do two solar powered boat projects.

A solar boat project for large loads which you can see in the following link:

And a project for a high-speed boat propelled totally or partially by solar energy, such as a ground-effect vehicle or WIG but propelled with engines from the water, similar to the Seabus-HydAer Project studied by the European Union between 1997 and 2000 but with some modifications to solve the lateral destabilization caused by crosswinds to this type of high speed ground effect boats. My query to the forum is to know what you think about the projects that I am trying to carry out and what suggestion you can give me to try to find people interested in carrying out said projects and to be able to build, above all, an experimental prototype of the high-speed solar boat for to be able to verify that it can work correctly in the way that I have projected it.

My interest is that these solar boat projects can be applied as quickly as possible and as you advise me, what should I do to disseminate the projects and find companies or individuals interested in carrying out these projects.
