Zee left Cedros Island around 15:15 local.

Hope she finds good winds and currents as she threads the needle and heads south!

Go Zee go!

Clearly you're on Island Time. Making the best of the bad and enjoying yourself in spite of that's the best way of dealing with life and situations. Very happy for you!

Re: zeehag on the Move

Zee,
She's just south of Ilsa Navaida and making her way south at a good clip by the looks of it. Due south or SW and she will have a nice voyage tonight.

Not much there unless they need fuel or repairs... hope they book it to Mag Bay or at least Bahia Santa Maria before stopping for a sleep and R&R. Thanks for the updates via the Spotter GPS track, meburma... cheers, Capt Phil

Turtle Bay used to be the largest town on the Pacific side of Baha. Until the fish cannery was close due to the area being over fished. But then Cedros was so named because it was covered with ceder trees. Turtle Bay used to have turtles too. They have the only school within hundreds of miles K-6. Rural Mexican syle repaires are primative here but its remarkable what they can do with a cresent wrench and hammer. When I came south, from here to Cabo San Lucas there were NO areas of population.

Re: zeehag on the Move

so they've made a southern adjustment this morning - most likely to catch some breeze off the beam as the wind shifts onto a westerly flow around Playa Oceano. May make an easier ride on the waves from the sw.

Looks like a fat slot, and winds will lighten up and dissipate about noonish. Good winds predicted starting this evening when thngs cool off and should carry them through the weekend...

might be on engine again soon though...
