Hello Newbie Here with Newbie Questions

Hello all,

I am wanting to sail to the carribean in the winters and stay in florida for the summers.
For those who have done this or are familiar with the islands in winter, is there any work for someone who can tend bar, wait tables, etc.
I have been in the restaurant business for 30 years in everthing from Management on down.
Any and all feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much
