What do the stars under my username mean?

If it means that someone thinks I am an ****** and has rated me worthy of only a single ****** star, then someone is getting punched in the face. hahaha.

no seriously, what's it mean?

btw, I am an ******.

cheers

bill

Strictly in relation to the number of posts you have made. The more posts you make, the more stars, up to a max. of 1000 I think, then you sit at 5 stars. Bummer...

sorry mods

Ahhh, yess. Another case of classic PUI. I firmly believe that there should be an entire section of the forums devoted to such.

Sorry mods. Unforunately, however, I am confident that this will not be the last time you will feel the need to censor me and/or edit my posts.

Some would say I have the tendancy to "swear like a sailor."

Go figure.

Cheers.

Bill

The best way to get lots of stars is to wait until the weather gets really bad outside, then get a good bottle of rum, break out your laptop and opine on any and all things.

Aloha all,

Best way to get lots of stars is to welcome each new member to the forum! Plus I have lots of opinions with few sailors (but some good ones) in the area to share them with.
