Photo posting problem

Aloha,

I'm having difficulty uploading a photo of Pomaika'i to my sidebar profile. The photo is jpeg format and only 17k. Any ideas what the problem might be? Thanks for any suggestions.

Q & A's

Have yo gone to the "User CP" in the upper part of the page?

If not you can click on that and there will be a box on the left with "edit profile picture". Have you tried that?

SAme problem diff user

OK, we just started here and have a photo that is far less than the 400 X 400 and size reqs, but don't see the image. We have gone to the User CP and we can see the image in the edit image (or whatever it's called).

Thoughts? Thanks!

If you want to use your images as an "Avatar" you'll have to resize it accordingly. The ability to upload an avatar is in the UserCP as well.

The maximum size of your custom image is 80 by 80 pixels or 48.8 KB

I've done yours for you. Right click on the image and select "Save File As" to download it to your desktop. Upload it as your avatar in the UserCP.

Thanks, that worked! I had "Profile Photo" and "Avatar" mixed up!
