Android 9.1 doesnt allow me to install app

Hi there. I have a huawei phone, eml 09 (p20 lite) with android 9.1and i cant install the app. Is there something i can do? I need it to navigate through san blas archipielago, in panama. Thanks.

i have a same problem on huawei MatePad T and Android 10. it would cool if OpenCPN will work on the huawei tablets.
