Rudder bearing and dripless seal for Nauticat 52

Morning.

I am planning to take my 1982 Nauticat 52 on the hard in a couple of months, and I would like to get most parts needed before I take her up. I will be taking her up in Las Palmas or Pasito Blanco in the Canaries, so some planning is needed.
(I live in Norway)

Does anyone know what kind of bearings I would need for the rudder?

I will also be installing a new dripless seal. Either the Volvo one, or the PSS one. Have anyone tried any of these on a nauticat?

Any tips or hints is much appreciated.

Perhaps someone could recommend me some bottom paint aswell?
