Want To Buy: WANTED: 27-36 1990 or newer sailboat under 20k

Hello!

I am looking for a post 1990 sailboat under 20k! I am open to a variety of sizes from 27-36. I am not a huge fan of O'days or Hunters, but I am open to anything else. I would prefer the boat to be a stronger Bluewater but am open to coastal cruisers as well. Is anybody selling any sailboats that meet these specifications? I am also willing to pay up to 30k if I could do two installments for the payment! Thanks guys!!

Not to poke and prod, but why are you limiting your criteria to only post-90' boats? A well cared for boat from the 80s', for example, could be a much better choice than a less well cared for boat from 2000.

Not saying you need to look at older examples, but especially given your budget, you may be missing out on a lot of well-suited boats. Better, to my mind, to find a boat that fits your style and has been well cared for, regardless of age.
