General Info: Selling a 220V Lagoon in Florida or the US

Having been diagnosed with advanced Prostate cancer - now a terminal illness, I need to sell my 2006 Lagoon 440 which is currently located in the Shelter Bay Marina near Colon in Panama.
I write to hopefully get fellow Lagoon owners thoughts or experiences on how best to sell a 220V powered Lagoon into the US Market? The boat is very well fitted out for long-term live aboard cruising and hosts many extras.

We are so very sorry to hear about this. That's not the way I'd like to end cruising. You're in our thoughts and prayers.

My wife and I will be in the market for your exact boat (with 220) in a year.I'd be interested in knowing what your listing price will be.

Sorry to hear of your condition.

Sail the boat to or have it sailed to St Martin. List it with a good broker there. Lots of Europeans and European boats. Tony at the Little Ship Company does a good job.

Hopefully it will be long gone in 12 months time. It is listed at US$322,500 which we believe is placed correctly in the market given it is an owners version, fitted with about every possible extra for long term / live aboard cruising. Come back to me for further info ONLY if you are serious contenders now, and not in 12 months. Col

Here in Hong Kong, there is a seriously heavy buying trend over the last 20 months from Philippines.

It may be advisable to extend your advertising to that market for a fast (and cash) sale. I sail 1 to 4 boats a month down to the Philippines thru Hong Kong and Philippine brokers. I receive USD cash on delivery.

Seriously look into that market !!
