Need a mooring spot near Cape Coral Florida

Hello,

I have posted asking if anyone knew of Marina's that had available transient space for a Catamaran for a couple of weeks in the Cape Coral area after going through about everything on Active Captain and making what feels like 100 calls or email requests with no luck.

What I seemly cannot find is mooring availability from Active Captain. What I am needing is a location near Cape Coral for the first 2 weeks of April. We are to pickup a couple of passengers there and one with some physical challenges so dingy is not really a decent option. So if I can find a mooring spot and then be able to dock somewhere where we can load passengers from the dock.

I am continuing my search, but again finding it difficult to determine where the mooring ball options may reside in Active Captain. If there are any parameters I can choose in Active Captain that would provide me mooring balls in the area it be greatly appreciated as well.

As always thanks for any input.

There seem to be a dozen or more marinas on the bay and river around Cape Coral. None of them have dock space for transients?

The only mooring balls are in Ft Myers Beach. Tarpon Point Marina likely has dock space for a cat....did you call them?

Re: Need a mooring spot near Cape Coral Florida

I contacted Tarpon "no room at the inn" was response, as with every other Marina in the area and surrounding areas. This is why I have shifted to try and find a mooring, with the idea of day dock in order to load passengers and then unload them after a day out sailing.

So still looking..

Thanks
