Since time is relative, what altitude and what speed are we talking about? Still, the most accurate hour meter I've ever heard of for a boat.

six minutes is 0.1 hour, 0.01 hour is 6 seconds, 0.56 hours would then be 5X6=30 minutes plus 6X6=36 seconds, a pretty precise hour meter!
