Thanks ! Much appreciated. I will look into Catamarans too. Good to hear costs are somewhat similar 27-35. I will have to track down a Catalina and do some sniffing around.

Thanks, that's good to know. Mooring and storage options are the next things I have to figure out. Living in Ma with cold winters I'm not sure whether the wise thing is to leave the boat moored out...

Something like this Catalina 20 would work. Maybe 2 or 6 ft longer. I like that the front deck is flat with no hatch blocking one from lying out. Would prefer to have a railing all around the front...
