As I already noted: the "Emergency Measures Act" is NOT the (repealed) War Measures Act. They are very different.

Become knowledgeable about the two acts before equating them. Make your posts...

Not Canadian, originally from Wisconsin.... Oddly enough he/she/they had friendly interactions with some Canadian regulars here on this thread way back in 2013. They've changed since then.

Most clearly heading down (but still high).

However, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba very high and only a slight dip down. And yet...
