I have considered a charter company but figured a private deal would be more intimate and we might be able to learn about bit more about live aboard life style etc.

ours is coming from Real Estate rentals. I know in a lot of communities that is is a scary proposition, but here in Fort Collins CO things are pretty stable.

Hopefully that remains to be the case...
