Hi! Thanks for your offer to help. I can verify that this boat offer isn't fake, but feel like it makes more sense to think about whether I can buy it before asking the guy to jump through hoops. As of this moment, I feel like storing the boat is too big a hurdle and the location is frankly rubbish for me to begin cruising. A thousand miles into the wind past Venezuela or pay to transit the canal and then go direct to the Galapagos? It seems like the wrong place for a novice to buy a boat full stop.
