Plans showed up today, one end cap was missing, and some of the tattered edges were hanging out. Ironically, I don't think it hurt them too much though.. I took them to my copy place, and they are going to reprint and digitize them, I will then transcribe what ever is not readable to the new plans. Thanks a million, I hopefully will have them back in the mail by first of next week. Love this community, The best!!!

Don, I love the hand written stuff. I know they ain't perfect, but WAY better than nada!!! I wish I had cable routing for a forward facing wheel, I am sure I can figure it out. You might send the overview to Sailboat data.com they don't have anything for the Cross 38! I couldn't see an exploded view of the rudder. Maybe I missed it. I think is said page 9 somewhere on there. Thanks for your help, you answered SO many questions. Type of woods, nail screws, glue or epoxy, size and thicknesses of key areas, types of glass, sail plan data, and so on.. Thanks a million!! Shooting for an October to November departure data towards Florida, then to the Caribbean. Hoping to not have that much work to do, but instead want to miss the bulk of hurricane season, and run some sea-trials in the gulf. Did y'all ever run a balloon-er between the main and mizzen?

    Hello!
I have an unusual request for you. As I understand it, you are the user of the vessel. Interested in how you connect NmeaRouter on a Windows computer?
Please reply me by email: spencerkrit78_gmail.com or in a personal message. Alas, I, as a newcomer to the forum, cannot send you a complete letter in PM.

    Hello Dsanduril,

I ran into your post about getting your VP D2-40 engines replaced in PR. I am about to acquire a cat with engines subject to the recall in Saint Martin and was wondering:
    - Is that Antilles Power that did the work?
    - Were you satisfied with their responsiveness/flexibility/professionalism?
    - How long did it take to get the engines to PR? They've indicated 30 days to me.
    - Did you have to re-register the engines to yourself or were they already registered to you? And if so, did you have Antilles Power register them or your "local" dealer (per US address)? And, what kind of documentation did you need?

Sorry for all the questions. But, we are running up against this July 1 deadline and the boat is actually French flagged at the moment (but we are US residents).

    Thanks,

    Jeff

Dsanduril, I have some interest in the picture in your avatar, specifically the graphics. Is that painted or a vinyl sticker? If it is a sticker have you had any problems with it such as yellowing, crazing, blistering. ect? Of course, I would love to see a better picture since what I can see looks so interesting. Thank you.

Ahoy Mate, think you might be confusing a Bahamian moor with other two anchor techniques. Didn't want to post on the thread and stay yet another pissing contest in case I'm the one who's mistaken. Will you pm me worth a discription of a Bahamian moor? Thanks
