    sure, to me a Bahamian moor is two anchors off the bow, set at about 180 degrees apart, so the boat can swing freely, but in a reasonably tight circle. Used in the Bahamas (and other places) because of reversing tides, that way the anchor doesn't have to get re-set every six hours, instead the boat swings around and pulls on the other anchor.

    I use a minor modification where I don't keep the rodes tight, so the boat can move back by ~3:1 each time it swings the other direction, thereby imitating the short-scope boats in the anchorage.
