HEAVY WEATHER CAT SAILING

Looking for experiences with different cats as far as heavy weather is concerned. Slamming, reefing, stability, comfort, pointing ability, etc.
Thanks,
FRED

Thanks Talbot,
Checked out that link. A lot of very useful info there. I have had my but kicked in mono hulls doing many deliveries but the cats are new to me.

Why, I am sure it was in reference to the late James 'Strom' Thurmond. While he was not particularly well known for his experience in sailing in a cat in heavy weather, 'Strum' must have managed a few 'storms' himself in view of both the length of his political career and the fact that he was both a Democrat and a Republican at different points in his career.
