Beneteau 423 sail trim?

We're sailing a Beneteau 423 this weekend in medium winds (10-16kts). Any insights for nuances regarding most efficient (fastest) sail trim for beating close hauled on this boat?

If its an American built 423 then find the Neil Pryde Sails website and download the tuning guide.

In mast furler? Battens? If in mast without battens don't expect a decent sail shape. Dennis Conner couldn't do anything with that sail.
