Hehehe, I am so stupid, I wanted to say Joe but said George. Senior moment I guess.
I was a 12 year old kid from Austria when I watched that famous fight with my dad at 0300 in the morning. Never thought I will "end" up in that place one day.

Re: TEST POST

Hi to you all.

thank you for accepting my request to join this great site. What a wealth of information it is.
I am a Austrian living in the Philippines for the last 23 years and in the process of purchasing a fully restored CT 41 registered in Australia.

Cheers

Re: TEST POST

Aloha and welcome aboard!
It's good to have you here on the forum. I spent a little bit of time sailing around Subic Bay while in the Navy.
Good choice on a boat. I used to own a William Garden designed Mariner 35 many years ago.

Thanks for the welcome.
How long were you stationed in Subic ?

We went to close a deal on a CT 41. Unfortunately the boat was anything the seller was trying to show us. What a lying weasel this man turned out to be. Anyway, we had a nice 3 days vacation in Bali.
Still looking for a decent CT 41.......

Yes you're right, I was thinking of good old George Foreman.

Be wary of SkipJ... He thinks he is funnier than I think I'm funny...

Turns out we rarely amuse anybody but ourselves....

Too bad about the boat/seller... You'll positively know when you step aboard the right one though....
