Ya know, I always wondered, what is required to sail in the UK? What is the yachtmaster Practical? Am I correct in assuming that this is for UK citizens only?

Yachmaster practical is part of RYA sail training program which is available to all depends where you live there are rya authorised traing schools in various locations try a search.
