Hi everyone. Nicole from the Southern Chesapeake Bay
Hi everyone. New to forum and new to sailing. New owner of a 1970 Alberg 30. Bought the boat about a year ago and have been learning to sail in the southern chesapeake bay. A few projects are in the works to make her ready for a carribean adventure so may be coming hear for advice from time to time. For the momemnt will be learning and sailing as much as i can. I will be documenting all this on my blog with plenty of pictures and videos. sailingseafari.blogspot.com so come visit there to see how things are coming along.

Welcome aboard from the other Coast. Good to see another woman sailor. My first sailboat was a Cal 2-27. Great boats for their size.

Im a new boat owner also. you will find a bunch of information for any of you boat projects on CF. As tallyhorod said lots of opions on various topics also but in general a great crew willing to share their experiences and have some fun along the way.

Hi Nicole! I am also in the southern Ches Bay area, and also new to the board. Do not have my own boat (yet!!) but plan to some day...learning on others for now. We had a great weekend, spent all day yest and today out, hope you were able to do the same!
