Hello from SoCal via Colón, Panama !

My husband and I are having a midlife change of course, taking a break from the careers. We are from Ventura county and lake club sailing is our only experience, but a sabot was my first present from my husband!

We are now exploring the south & central americas via sea and land for 6 months. We look forward to the interaction, resources and education this forum provides!

Left the sabot home!

Thanks for the reply. No, I´m just not that good to be sailing in a sunfish on the big blue sea! lol

We are looking for passage on any boat as long as the skipper and boat are safe! Along the way of our travels we are picking brains and deciding if and when we will plunge into life at sea.

Great to get your response. The links are a great resource!!

if you are done checking out Colón, I suggest a weekend down the coast to Isla Grande, wonderful easy get away with diving and snorkling!
