I figured I would introduce myself, my wife and I live in MN and have been loosely talking about cruising for several years. Recently the economy has been very good to us and we may have the finances to begin doing it part time.

well your partially right, I own a company that specializes in foreclosure maintenance. So yes we worked very hard but the piles of foreclosures helped out too.
