Hello from Lake Ontario

Hello all:
Not sure why I haven't been to this site before, but just registered. I've been sailing for 30+ years and recently sold our Beneteau 323 and just bought a Freedom 35. I have to say the Freedom is a phenomenal cruising boat. If there are any Freedom sailors reading this, I'd love to compare notes.

I look forward to being part of this forum.

Enjoy the forum. There's lots of good information on all types of yachts. I like both monohulls and multihulls having sailed both in various places around the world. I enjoyed sailing on a friend's Freedom 40 many years ago.

I've sailed in Sydney several times and have traveled (by car) around NZ. I assume the sailing in NZ is rather diverse. Have you circumnavigated NZ?

G'day, Mike. Yes, the sailing here in N.Z. is very diverse. Haven't found the desire to circumnavigate yet. Quite content here on the North Island. Cheers.

Aloha and welcome aboard!
Good to have you here and posting. I've circumnavigated the Hawaiian Islands but not all at once. Not as impressive is it?
kind regards,
