East Tennessee?

Huh? It's time. Got my boat as far as Knoxville from Toledo, OH....3 YEARS AGO! ughh...

I'm scared. Scared to go on. This is where I was born 54 years ago.

The guy who told me along time ago...."Dave....it takes a man a long time to change" might have been on to something.

Anyway...after lurking a bit, it seems I like the way "yawl" think.

Dave

Welcome.
Don't worry about anything and it will all work out in the end.

Good luck to you along the way.

I grew up in Knoxville and love Tellico Lake. Doesn't get much better than that! Neyland Stadium raft up on a Saturday afternoon...those were good times.

Re: East Tennessee?

Welcome aboard! I'm an old East Tennessee white water river rat (Tellico, Ocoee, Little River, etc). Indeed, you're in God's Country. Took my sailboat down the Ohio, Tombigbee to Fla and on down island to Grenada a few years back. If I can do it you can too! You didn't say what your original intentions were. Was your destination Florida, Bahamas or beyond?
