While I like Jimmy Buffet, I really am tired of sailors thinking his is the only music in existence or worth listening to.[/quote]

Well since J Giles and Ted Nugent don't record anymore what is one to do?

Unless your a fan of rap or somehow are real familiar with rap, it is difficult to distinguish real rap from a rap parody. I'm not real familiar with rap so I saw no difference. Personally, I find real rap videos and this parody irritating to watch. Its just not my taste in music but I respect those who do like rap. To each his own.

You need to understand the difference to be able to see the humor and I think many in here did not see that difference because of their unfamiliarity with real rap videos. To me it looked like any other rap video you see for a few seconds when surfing the TV channels.

I also agree that Jimmy Buffet is way overplayed. Personally, I can only take so much of his music before I need to listen to something else.
