OOOOHHHH MAAAAANNNNN,

That makes me really miss home. I was out there under the planes for years. I also lived on Nob Hill with a view from San Leandro to the Marin Headlands. Sometimes we would watch from the deck, and the planes would fly between Russian Hill, and our deck. The plane being just below eye level.

On days they would practice, and I was working. You could hear, and feel the jets, but you never knew where they were coming from. Before you knew it a plane would fly right over head, and be gone. Then the thunder would roll in. The show always made my heart pound hard with pride, and EXCITEMENT!

That's some really great stuff! I really enjoyed looking closely at the pressure wave off the number 5 jet.

In previous years I have seen a huge pressure wave off the nose cone with lots of vapor. I wonder if this jet is going slightly faster or slower?

Again...really good stuff!
