I'm a former Gunnery Sergeant circa 1965 and I know the meaning of Charley Foxtrot very well. I've been there, done that, got the refrigerator magnet and the t-shirt. I was just afraid to mention it here on this refined forum.

I don't know if this is the right place to post but I bought a burgee about a month ago and I still have not received it. Paypal sent me a link to USPS to track the shipment that does not seem to work. Can anyone help?
