Fun video of your departure day.

So how have things changed since then?

Nice book on the area from Steinbeck ('Log from the Sea of Cortez'). Then there is 'Underwater to get out from the rain' by Trevor Norton, which makes a reference. Both books great for the cruising time.

Hugs,

Welcome aboard. Your blog's great, encouraging and good fun. I loved your Cruising Myth #27 entry. Good luck in your new boat ad venture and jump into the fray here at CF.

it's hard to imagine that we have been gone only a year, considering all that we have packed into the last 12 months.
Hey congraulations!!!!!

LOVED the wonderful casting off video. The chopping the lines with the axe was hillarious: "Hey! Watch out for the boat!!!!!!!!!"

Packing so much into each year is just so amazing. We were trying to remember back to New Years and it sems like a decade ago.

All the best for Year 2

Ya....I was laughing putting that together then when his sister cut the line, Jason was quick to point out the he had "obviously" cut it mostly through for her...ha ha ha

If the second year of cruising is 1/2 as much fun as the first....it should be Illegal~
