I Want to Live Aboard Anywhere?

I am a freelance graphic, web designer and videographer. I am looking for a situation where I can live rent free while working on my next projects. I heard about living on boats and am trying to find someone who would be willing to allow me to learn about boat care while staying on their vessel.

You might try the navy FREE rent, Free food -and get paid to live onboard and learn a lot about vessel care-not a bad way to make a living and learn about vessels .. and maybe even a little about yourself! good luck!

It sounds like you are looking for a "housesitting" gig on boats. Which might be possible, but when you start by not knowing anything about them--that makes you a liability to have aboard, not someone who should be caretaking the boat. Catch-22.

Stick to housesitting, and find another way to barter for sailing lessons from someone who is in the business of it.

If there are people out there willing to let you live free on their boat.

I would like to live aboard BUT BOAT must be over 70' sail ready onboard pool and bath tub.

save a couple thousand, buy a 26' mono from the 60's. find an area in the back of some bay to anchor and your there.
