You can sometimes find them on airbnb but I'm betting most are flying under the radar hoping they don't get caught.

Best bet would be to find a cheap boat but I'm guessing even that is below what the OP has budgeted.

The ideal place for those who need an overnight stay or for those people who work in this area (the most expensive area of the city).

Luxury sailboat in excellent condition. You cannot be here during the day, only at night.
Nearby there are: gas station, shops, beach, bars etc.
