Assistance to Stay Short Term in Nassau
Cruisers dilemma! My girlfriend and I have to be in Nassau, Bahamas from 7 - 14 May to renew our US visas (interviews booked). We have a mechanical breakdown on our Miami located catamaran and therefore have to fly in and out. Can anyone provide advice/assistance/accommodation? We will be cruising the US East Coast until November and would be happy to reciprocate any hospitality offered.

I would google "airbnb nassau" where you will find a number of options. Some of these are as low as $35 to $50/day.

Many thanks for the advice. I did indeed use airBnB, have found an excellent place, called Happy BnB,, which I can unreservedly recommend.
